Can I change my plan at any point?

You are welcome to upgrade or downgrade to a different plan at any time. Downgrades take effect immediately, so we recommend waiting until the last day before you’re billed to maximize your money.
Upgrading an account to a higher plan can be done mid-month or mid-year, and you are only charged a pro-rated amount if the change is made mid-billing cycle. You will not be charged the full amount until the next charge date.
If you are on an annual plan and you’d like to switch to monthly, you can change it anytime from Plans and Billing on the Account Settings page (the cog icon on the dashboard). However, the change won’t take effect until the end of the year you’ve already paid.
