My card declined. / I got an error when trying to upgrade.

Typically, this happens due to your bank erroneously flagging the charge as potential fraud. Depending on what the error says, it’s best to reach out to your bank to approve the charge. We also recommend confirming all the fields are filled out correctly – if you have any missing fields, they will be highlighted for you. 

Once you've updated your card on file, you'll see the next autopay date to collect payment in the top left corner of the Plans & Billing tab under Account Overview.

If you'd prefer to force the payment to run sooner, you can click on Change Plan and update your card information there. Once you click Confirm Order the payment will process.
