If you don’t upgrade during your trial, you will be placed on a limited one-user plan. Keep in mind that with this option, you will lose access to the Visitors feature, the Contacts page, and all reporting. Additionally, integrations will be disabled, our branding will appear on the bottom of the chat box, and you will be limited to only one chat box and one user.
