To ban a visitor based on their IP address, simply navigate to the Contacts tab and copy the web visitor's IP address from the bottom right corner. Next, navigate to the Account Settings tab and choose Banned IPs. Click Add and a new window will open where you can paste the IP address. You can choose to ban the IP address from the entire account or just one website, make notes if desired, and choose the length of time to ban the address.
