Add your chat box to your Big Cartel website in 3 steps:

1. Select the gear icon at the top to access your settings, then click on Options. Check the box to Turn on maintenance mode.

2. Select your username in the top right and click on Customize design in the drop down menu.

3. Select the brackets (<>)to access the advanced template and choose Layout. Once you click on Layout you will see your website code and will be able to paste your Pure Chat code snippet before the </body> tag.

Once you save your changes, you'll have your chat box on your website!
