What do the different colors next to team member names mean (teal, orange, gray)?

Teal indicates that a user is logged in somewhere to Pure Chat and set as Available in their dashboard or device. Orange means that user is logged in, but set as Unavailable. Gray means that user is not logged in anywhere.
